We design every feature to work without knowing who you are. Privacy isn't a setting you switch on, it's how the whole thing is built.
You can wipe it
Type DELETE in any chat and everything we hold about you is erased instantly, no questions, no waiting. Chats also auto-delete after 90 days.

- If you write on WhatsApp, Messenger or Telegram: the number or account you wrote from, encrypted, used ONLY to send Aunty Mimi's replies, never shared or contacted first.
- Rough, anonymous counts (like "10,000 people asked about PrEP this month") that help us improve, never tied to you.
- The language you chose and the general topic, so we can make the answers better for everyone.
- Your real name, your face, your ID or your address.
- Your contacts, photos or anything else on your phone.
- We never sell or share your chats with anyone, not your school, your clinic, your family, or advertisers. Ever.
Your period and pill tracker is even more private, it lives only on your phone and never reaches our servers at all.
